Magma is never wrong, specially in the remakes. Remember, he wants to expands the landmass in a region where half of the fucking routes are water (there is a fucking city living IN the water, talk about over population), hey, you know what would be cool there? More land connecting those islands.
Aqua would make sense before the remakes (remake version is full retard environmentalist) IF HE DIDNT LEAVE IN A WORLD WHERE MOST WATER ANIMALS CAN CREATE WATER AT FREE WILL, tell me a pokemon who can create land mass that isnt a legendary? That's right none, pokemon world is at a constant threat of a global tier flood if water pokes decide "you know what, lets CREATE more water, all together, right now".
