Both XBone and PS Plus come with loads of deals and monthly free games.

Nintendo's online service gives you one NES/SNES title a month. Temporarily.

I just hope that a Switch pokemon game would have better quality than what we got those two last gens... It's already really disapointing to have such bareboned games on a tiny portable console. But having those kind of unifinished game on an actual home console would be unacceptable, especially after BoTW release

Well, other RPGs manage with one screen just fine. Pokémon has never really made spectacular use of two screens anyway, only gen 4 managed to do something decent with it.

Paid online is dumb, yeah. At least it's cheaper than other consoles but that's still not okay.

That says very little. Producing more units is meaningless if they don't sell them. I'm worried that this early supply constraint is leading Nintendo to overestimate demand and produce more units then they'll need. And I say this as someone who hopes the Switch succeeds.

Gamefreak has already proven that they don't give a shit about the second screen

Now the touch screen craze from the DS is mostly dead the only franchise that will really suffer from having one screen is Etrian Odyssey
