Were you even here when we started receiving confirmation that the leaks were real?
The cards were preemptively made prior to the official release of the starters, and we saw them before the video which provided undeniable confirmation that they were real.

I was here. And anyone denying the leaks after Mallow's reveal. But I don't think a set with Necrozma being paired up with Ho-oh is a hint they'll get paired up elsewhere. The TGC does stuff like this all the time.

No it doesn't. The third legend always has cards made much later in the generation cycle to coincide with their game (or anime season in Zygarde's case).

Not to mention they both share a rainbow theme, and this is a movie promo. And the conveniently blurred-out card on the promotional pack, which may well be a new form.

try fact checking first. kyurem had its first card debut a year before b2w2 were released in japan. don't ignore things just because they don't suit your argument.

Well most legendaries who aren't on boxes aren't very significant at all. They are just kind of there. The TCG is just trying to make use of them.
