Can Dewpider and Wimpod live outside water?

I mean like Surksit,Buizel,Shellos,Slowpoke,Politoed,Lotad,Wooper,Krabby and those type of pokemon.

Y'know pokemon that can live in both but they're usually near water?

Also can Sandyghast live in deserts and wimpod(or golisopod) in caves?

I think Dewpider can live on land but it needs to be near water to replenish its bubble. It's like a portable fish tank. Unless it has some sort of filtering system that could keep the water fresh. It that case it can be in water indefinitely as long as it doesn't pop, spill, or break.

Wimpod lives in holes, caves, or under rocks. It needs to leave its home to feed and do other things. It just needs a safe place to hide from predator nearby.

Sandygast can't live in the desert. Sandcastles need water in amounts not available in the desert.
