My issue is that it feels cognitively dissonant to me to see bigger features on these characters and to see them acting like they're of age when they're quite obviously not. I want to see something that has at least some sense of verisimilitude to it. Most of the Pokegirl hentai I've stumbled across has failed to do that, so I simply don't bother with it unless it's clear the characters are of age.
Then there's the fact that if your county/state has the wrong prosecutor at the helm, you can get in serious shit if you're caught with hentai that features underage characters, but that's a different matter altogether and I think the law that they use to justify cracking down like that is retarded and, frankly, unconstitutional.
