Well I didn't want to go for a speed based rotom build so I decided to divide the 256 EVs between special attack and the defense stat I thought was more important, then I could just put the last 252 into hp
Also the choice scarf is mainly there for trick and the fact that I accidentally traded my choice scarf away to a friend kek
