This is my contribution as well. It's one of my favorite Gen 2 designs, and I always hoped something would happen to make it relevant. When we found out that Gen 2 mons were getting evolutions in Gen 4, I was hopeful. Then they teased me again with the Stat buffs from Gen 6 and 7. Ledian is barely even usable in-game, fuck you Game Freak.

Sure, some of it is self-inflicted after they evolve since Gyarados never use their great strength for good purposes, but Magikarps and Gyarados have it rough.

Actually, how has Cubone not gone extinct if it takes 2 Marowak, a male and a female, to make on baby, the mom dies, and can't make any more? Wouldn't the whole population cut itself in half every breeding season?
