also, change Clanging Scales into a physical move, possibly lower the BP and instead of lowering user's defense, maybe have it buff user's attack (user is psyching themselves up like some warriors will bang on their shields) or lower opponent's defenses from the cacophonous noise.
All in all, fore a fighting/dragon, it seems to learn few fighting or dragon moves.
