ITT: Minor alterations to improve a Pokemons design. What small changes would you make to a Pokemons design that you think would make it more appealing? Looking for a decent discussion (or as close as you can get on 4chan) without retard memes, etc.

I'll go first:

Personally I'd change Kommo-O by taking off those superfluous scales jutting down and from its back, there's too many scales on it. Otherwise it's think it's a good design.

Another Pokémon I'd change is Salamence. It has a conventional dragon design which I think is good considering a lot of dragon in Pokemkn aren't quite what you'd expect. But Salamence's wings weren't well designed IMO, they look like they were cut out from a plastic tuppaware container and glued onto a typical dragons back. They need some bone structure in there with maybe a slight change in colour to look like a membrane.

Gallade's hip bubble thing needs to go as well. I'd change it to a kilt looking type of thing (think Gardevoir's 'dress' but shorter). It links up better with the parallel to Gardevoir and helps sell the warrior motif it has.

What small alterations would you guys make to a Pokémon to improve its design? No huge overhauls or trash talking a Pokémon overall.
