Fire/fighting,although a strong offensive typing, doesn't fit Incineroars description of being a dirty fighter, using tricks and cheap tactics to overpower its opponents, like how most dark type pokemon fight.
Water ice wouldn't make too much sense since Alola is a tropical region, where the only snowy place in the entire region happens on one mountain that is thousands of meters above any source of
water.it also doesn't make sense in a thematic standpoint since Primarina is based on selkies, which are mythological seal like mermaids who have many connections to songs.
TL;DR: the only change that makes sense is decidueye.
