Primarina is more popular than the others you mentioned desu, so I think it'll be a case like Braixen where it gets noticed by the Pokemon Company like a year or two later. But they have ignored a pokemon's popularity before so eh. Otherwise just typical starter shilling.

I don't know, it has less art than Tsareena on Pixiv, and not all loli mons end up more popular than their evos(i.e Kirlia, Brionne). Braixen was a case where its evo went from a really feminine magical girl to something mostly neutral.
