Aromatisse is the most underrated Pokemon. Cute, pretty, and sexy all at the same time but it's not popular enough to be mentioned often and not unpopular enough to be a meme like Finneon.

Probably because its a slow Grass type that gets OHKO'ed by Ice Beam 100% of the time. And Ice is the most common type for coverage next to Fighting and Ground so.....

It's the most underrated Gen 4 starter and maybe of all the grass ones too, but that might be me going like "What I like is biased!"
Though it gets a surprising amount of love on /vp/ so that might skew your view.

I always choose grass in my playthroughs and I rank Torterra pretty low. As far as starters go, probably only above Meganium. Which of course isn't hard.

It's kind of inferior to a lot of stuff but it still packs a punch.

Really all you need out of the way are Toxapex, Metagross, and Scizor

Pheremosa is a problem too but Deoxys Lite is going bye bye.
