It has never really made sense for a Speed Boost mon to be slow, but this kinda works, sorta like a "it starts out slow", maybe would take 2 turns to actually start outspeeding shit as opposed to the usual 1 but it can maybe balk a hit or two. Opinions?

Somewhat bulkier special attacking Flygon with a new typing. Also a return to the original (hidden) ability of Trapinch.

Atk: 120 (+20)
Def: 100 (+20)
SpA: 100 (+20)
SpD: 100 (+20)
Speed: 120 (+20)

Keeps the balanced stat increase theme from the previous forms to keep it from becoming (too) broken. Has Draco Meteor and Superpower as the primairy boosting moves.
