Shadow Punch at 60 is fine, it doesn't need special treatment above the other swift variants. Ghost as a whole needs stronger attacks with good distribution.

Ghost just needs better physical attacks with wide distributions, Shadow Ball is good enough for special attacking ghosts, although I guess it wouldn't hurt to have another special ghost move with 90-95 bp.

Just give it Intimidate, U-turn, Stealth Rock, Recover, Sacred Fire and its own version of Thick Club.
Should be enough to give it some niche in the current and future OU formats.

Rock is still a good offensive type. And also, though the speed drop might not matter to Dusknoir, it could still cripple a lot of sweepers against the rest of your team.

Does this count when Dusknoir is withdrawn? If so, it's decent. If not, it's shit. If it is exclusively when Dusknoir is out, you should change it to all damage, not just direct damage. That way the DoT it does really hammers hard.
