I mean Mega Aerodactyl got its stony face banned from STABmons this gen. You know, the fanfic meta of the fanfic meta where every 'mon gets every move of its type(s). Where Tyranitar has Sucker Punch and Salamence packs Dragon Ascent. That extra power, speed, and flexibility over CB vanilla should make up for the recoil.
