But I will admit that Toucannon is not the fastest Pokemon, nor is it the best out there. In my personal opinion, it will most likely be NU, probably PU, really. I am aware of and understand the limitations that Toucannon possesses, but it will never stop being one of my favorite Pokemon, and that's all that matters to me in the end.
