Bulk, hits hard, intimidate, literally this thing doesn't need a to swap it's special attack for speed. Reminder that it's belt is the thing that makes it unique, it's the only thing that shoots fire, or the only thing that makes it pretty much a fire type, but yet Decidueye on the other hand could actually use the special attack and speed swap. If you really think about it, we don't have any speedy physical attacking grass mons. And to be honest I thought Decidueye was going to fill that role, but then they Fucked up His stats, he doesn't even learn any special attacking moves by level up, but incineroar does.
Literally Decidueye needs the swap the most.
