>>32208830Clanging Scales and access to Dragon Dance, Autotomize, and Work Up are pretty good. And it doesn't have too bad of stats and a pretty decent design. But compared to other psuedo legendaries, when you get it in the game, and looking at it's movepool, it's utter shit.
