Right now it's hard to say. It's bad in UU since it's supposed to be a wallbreaker but it can't break the most common wall (Clefable) and people are suggesting ranking it even lower then B. It probably has enough usage to keep it away from RU, though, kinda like Dhelmise did, so it may not drop soon.

Incineroar is LITERALLY only used in doubles because it has Fake Out.

Incineroar has fake viability on its side, so Decidueye is still better than Incineroar in doubles.

no, decidueye is a very effective BPer with shackle, roost, and the option of nasty plot or swords dance. possessing defog also lets it clear entry hazards for switch in with it's sp. defense forcing out many special attackers giving it essentially a free turn

It traps through a move. It's good for momentum, but your opponent is not gonna just get something that can't touch Decidueye be trapped.

Yeah Game Freak has been pretty obviously biased towards water these 2 gens and even I, as a grassfag, can admit it. Primarina has a good design and stats distribution and while it is nothing compared to Greninja and you may not agree since design preference is in part subjective, it still feels unfair
