Contests were fun. I liked how they redid it in oras. Honestly one of the best part of Hoenn. The dress up game added in gen 4 was neat as well.

The other day I needed a specific nature ditto I didn't have in sun, and it took me legit 30 minutes of walking around running from encounters to find one. Then the synchronize failed. in oras that shit would've taken 2 minutes max.

You got most of the main ones.

I would add secret bases and ball capsules since I personally enjoyed those a lot

I wonder if the Pokeathlon was implemented first or following Pokemon was. They used the same sprites.

I'm guessing they wanted to have following pokemon going into the game (they played around with it in D/P with amity square) and made the pokeathlon so the sprites would get more utility
