What's the best way to level up Pokemon in the Sun/Moon post game?

I have a lvl. 40 Samurott that I want to bring to lvl. 70

I really miss the Chansey secret base rooms from ORAS.

Rare Kitchens. Oh yes, the rare kitchens.

Bewear gives the highest exp yield outside of that though.

I've read about the rare kitchen, but it confuses me - the whole festival plaza confuses me.

If I'm to understand, I'm supposed to get FC from talking to people there, and then I can somehow use it to buy the Rare Kitchen?

You should get FC from the global missions, it's easier than farming it. There's also some sort of plaza exploit for FC but idk how to do it, all I know is that you need a Fortune Teller for it.
Rare Kitchens can be randomly gotten from either Sophocles or from visitors. If you meet a high rank visitor offering a high level Rare Kitchen (select "do you know any good facilities" or whatever it is when talking to them). 5 star RK are only in Sun, and 4 star is Moon. You'll need to get one from a visitor most of the time.

You can also SR for better facilities from Sophocles, but it's weird and you should probably look up a guide.
