Its impossible to make Meganinum OU viable when Serperior and Tangrowth exists. Tapu Fini's existence makes Meganium's status immunity less massive as a niche. Even Celebii(whos UU) can serve as a status sponge alongside having a ledgendary-tier movepool. Would be RU at best. Better than PU at least.
