The most common offensive skeleton is Snorlax, Zapdos, Cloyster, Exeggutor and Steelix, with something with sweeping potential in the sixth slot (Vaporeon, Gengar, Machamp, take your pick. Raikou might work). The standard stall team is Snorlax, Raikou, Skarmory, Cloyster, Miltank, with utility or glue in the sixth slot (Suicune, Starmie, Zapdos etc.). Both skeletons allow double electric, but in the place where you might have used Suicune or Vaporeon. Also, Cloyster can deal with most Ground-types quite well, thanks to high Defense, STAB Surf and not much else to do after Spikes are down, unless you decide to Explode on something.
