>>32265736This is the problem with saying "any gen sucked/was good," right here. Ruby and Sapphire were bland as fuck and Emerald had to save the day, BW were terrible and B2W2 had to save the day, and DP were not stellar and Pt came to save the day, but HGSS were even better.
In my personal opinion, the things that XY did to breeding and EV training were amazing, and the locales were cool to see even if it was just getting blown away by FINALLY 3D. But ORAS wasn't much of an improvement in any way aside from DexNav. It's a mixed bag, but I do think that XY are better than BW, while B2W2 is leagues better than ORAS and also a step above XY.
Now SuMo, on the other hand, is just absolute garbage, and both Gen V and VI are already blowing it out of the water.
