Dodrio/Fearow (sadly no other 3 stage flying type bird pokemon that isn't Pidgeot, won't count Crobat since it wasn't around in Gen 1)
Marowak. (2 stage Ground type much like how Blue has Rhyhorn)
I'm trying to think like Game Freak would have done with this if they had included her as a character back in the day.
