Literally he can handle himself quite well, good defences, high HP, 115 attack, witch means he hits like a truck, and with moves like leech life, to get health back, or darkest lariet, fake out, flame charge, u-turn, flare blitz, and outrage, it's going to do heavy damage. Couple this with intimidate.
