terrains don't help gengar almost at all

ghost is just a rare type to begin with but it also happens to be a good attacking type (especially after the steel nerf), while most ghost are shitty slow defensive walls that get shit on by everything (notable exception: mega sableye)

it's kind of similar to ice type in that regard
