technically I could see this work with a defensive set ( leftovers, willow-wisp, drainpunch..)
or an offensive set (fightium Z/choice band/scarf, close combat, shadowsneak + claw). equally well
it seems to be really well balanced having little to no drawbacks, but seeing how strong OU is at the moment I still think it'll find a place there, especially since it doesnt seem to have a whole lot against common physical OU walls.
that technician STAB shadow Sneak will be nasty though
