If you ever feel lousy about picking one or another Alola starter, blame it on /vp/, where this generation's starter wars have grown so toxic, it soured up the mood of everyone. Whether you're a X or a Y fan and you're blaming it on the opposing fanbases, the truth is, all fanbases are horrid in these boards, no matter which starter you picked.
But of course that won't end anything at all, people will just pretend their fanbase are saints when everyone's a pinhead.
