Meanwhile, Dusknoir looks like an actual evolution of Duskull. It does forego the skull, but it retains the pupil and body shape. It keeps it's pair of hands from Dusclops, which works better on it since it actually has arms. The radio transmitter also actually has a function. It receives radio waves from the underworld, which tell it to take peoples souls there. It's basically the Pokemon Grim reaper.
