Torterra has a shiny, no doubt. The shameful thing is that it's a terrible shiny with the same lime green filter as about 200 other Pokemon. Why doesn't it get one worthy of starter standard? Because it doesn't reach that standard, it can't keep up (thanks to it's 56 speed). You won't find a worse Pokemon, turtlefags can't defend this.
