Generation 8 comes along
it introduces a mechanic where you can increase a Pokemon BST by 50
but

Its now at least not PU anymore and becomes a slightly viable Utility mon. Now if only I could change its abilities.

Yes Zangoose only have +42 increase, but the rule state that BST can't go over 500.

She's not absolute garbage as is, but she could definitely use the boost.
HP: 80 (+20)
Atk: 55
Def: 60
SpA: 104 (+9)
SpD: 70
Spe: 131 (+7)

The speed buff would put her in a special snowflake speed-tier where she outspeeds Koko, Mewtwo/Mewtwo X, Marshadow, Darkrai, Mega Gengar, and some others so she can take advantage of the special attack boost to take a potshot or better fulfill her current use as a utility mon in doubles/VGC. HP is there for survivability, obviously.
