I'll admit that it isn't the best in singles, but it's awesome in doubles, VGC, and battle spot. And once it gets intimidate, It will be RU at the absolute worse, more likely BL2 or UU, while decidueye is stuck with a shit HA and is being pushed closer and closer to RU and irrelevancy in UU, (it just dropped from B to B- on the viability forums, some people want C+)
