Because unlike what most of vp think, cute Pokemons (bipedal or quadrupedal) are actually way more popular among furries than the bulky humanoid Pokemon.

That's why, most pre-evo have more porn than their evolutions, with the exeption of the truly femine ones like Primarina or Gardevoir.

It's been around longer. Incineroar might not have as much porn (I'm curious where you got this from actually), but I'd bet the amount of art that it has that consists of porn is a higher percentage. Plus Incineroar is a masculine baramon, and not all furries are into that.
