Of course, most of these are held items and in competitions you often aren't allowed to use more than one of each in your team anyway, but they might be useful as trade fodder or something.
I haven't verified each of these is only obtainable once per game (I haven't checked what is buyable from the battle tree/royale), but I'm pretty sure I have all obtainable items, and these are the ones I only have one of.
Other than that, depending on what you value, some rare berries or evolution stones could be useful.
