I have a question about the ability/movepool of empoleon. Why exactly does it have "defiant", which boost attack when a stat is lowered, as a hidden ability? why not give it "competitive" instead? From that it looks like it favors a special set rather than a physical one. It would make sense to run a special set rather than a physical one but that's just me. Anyone got any idea as to why this is?

Also any other example or weirdness when it comes to things like seemingly misplaced stats/abilities?
