Not to mention, you have species as diverse as Miltank always being female, or female Pyroar having their specific look, etc. etc. etc. GF thought ahead so many times already, despite what you'll want to claim. So yes, most Primarina DO look and act like chicks despite most being male. It's a transsexual pokemon, in fact.
