Alright, if I was a decent enough artist I'd give it's Mega a red poncho made from it's collar, it's ears smaller while the middle and outer feathers of it's headdress become pointed and the tips fade into a light icy blue, the jewel on it's forehead turns the same icy blue with a red ring around it, the irises gain a slight glowing icy blue around them, it's claws straighten out and look reminiscent of the metal claw from Enter the Dragon, the tail feathers and spine shrink down, and it's body looks a bit more muscular.
