>>32406021I doubt he would be banned to Ubers. 100 base speed isn't amazing, 160 base attack is great, and his bulk is good, but pure Normal doesn't help his offence ot bulk. Plus, his movepool is still pretty shabby. I could imagine him running sets like Kyurem-B - Return as a single strong STAB and special coverage (though he would probably run Brick Break or something, too.) If you remember, Kyurem-B is solidly OU... and not Ubers. And Kyurem-B is stronger and only slightly slower.
Regigigas would definitely be only OU imo if it didn't have Slow Start. Assuming of course it didn't get a good ability to replace it.
