After You + Eruption mostly. Lilligant can use Sleep Powder if you're in a pinch and can nuke shit with Grassium Z Leaf Storm. It's not that good, but since it won a recent tournament (not on its own of course), you can expect to see it commonly by the copycats.

Just curious as to how I actually participate in these from the SM menu screen? I don't actually give a crap about competitive Pokémon, but I get pissed off seeing all the event Pokémon on serebii that are given as exclusives to competition participants.

What is the minimum amount of steps to participate in these competitions and receive the event Pokémon? Pls spoonfeed and dumb it down for me as much as possible. Do I need to do it from the PGL website?

Fine, I'll spoonfeed you...

1) Get an account at pokemon-gl.com
2) Once logged in, click on "Online competition"
3) Sign up for the 2017 International Challenge April Masters Division tournament (or whatever. I don't judge).
4) Agree to their bullshit rules that you're probably going to break one way or another

5) Turn on your 3DS and go to festival plaza
6) Go to Battle Spot and then "online competition"
7) Register your stupid ass team. Note that your team MUST be in one of the six battle teams and your team will be locked once registered. That means you can't change your pokemon's hold items before the tournament, change pokemon, etc.

8) Wait until the day of the competition
9) Get your ass kicked.

It'll only be locked during the competition.
