Curse now works the same for all pokemon regardless of type by raising the defense and attack and lowering speed. How does this change the meta?
You can also speculate if the same was true for the other effect of curse.

Now, reversing it so every pokemon gets the ghost version would be interesting. You would probably see curse trap mons supplementing the Perish Song trappers.

I don't think much would change. I mean the only Ghost-types with reasonable attack that learn Curse are

Banette
Decidueye
Dusknoir
Golurk
Mimikyu
Spiritomb
Trevenant

and most of those don't really have reliable recovery, which would make it harder to run a Curse set.
