I think I want to get back into competitive. Maybe not OU, I don't hate it but I need to ease into this power creep. Thinking of RU.

I have not paid any attention to 7th gen competitive AT ALL. I know that things are pretty crazy, how should I go in? I'd like to use a team with Sticky Web, maybe a dual hazards Shuckle in RU.
