1. You need to get a kill to be able to get that forme.
2. You're using a physically defensive mon that doesn't even resist it to handle a Specs mon.

Things like SpDef Gastrodon, SpDef Toxapex, Tapu Fini, and Mantine can take it on very well, among other things.
