Digimon 1997-2000† Still gets some decent video games, but the craze is long over
Yu-Gi-Oh 1999-2004† TCG still popular worldwide, but a shadow of its former self. The video games are a joke now. The anime arcs somehow keep getting worse, it's a miracle they keep producing it at all.
Beyblade 2001-2004† The spinning tops are discontinued last I checked. The anime has been dead since Bush Jr's first term. It seems the franchise still exists, but it isn't on the radar at all anymore.
Duel Masters 2002-2006† Card game was discontinued in the west by WoTC in 2006, but the franchise is still alive in Japan. More of a Yu-Gi-Oh competitor than Pokémon, but does feature battling monsters.
Bakugan 2007-2012† Dead and burried
