Looks pretty good to me actually. Even Jolly as it should be.

Anyway here's my Gliscor. I love how he is threatned out by most physical wallbreakers but at the same time can't stay in any of the Tapus (including Bulu) and either Special or Physical Hoopa.

Still put a lot of work.

U-turn isn't bad at all on that set. You U-turn around early game and then sweep with Fell Stinger late game.

To be used in doubles with something that is holding a Weakness Policy and weak to electric. You Charge Beam them and then Bestow the Assault Vest onto them. Now your ally pokemon is fully powered up!

U-Turn is still good here. Might as well get some damage off on the switch, and whose to say you'll even get a Fell Stinger KO in the first place. If not, you'll wish you had also run U-Turn.

People who think this is a bad set are the same people who get too cocky after a Dragon Dance or two. If a threat comes in that threatens your sweep, then you'd be fuck-retarded to not switch, even at the cost of losing your boosts. You guys are acting like it's completely unheard of to switch after boosting.
