>>32485798Embiggening pretty much means that everything within your physical body has to increase at the same time, or you will fucking die.
This also means your energy intake levels fucking skyrocket and you must eat all the fucking time to stay alive.
Also sudden biggification will boil the blood due to the sudden pressure change. Your organs will implode and you will look like a scene from Akira.
The same thing will smallification, except you are smol not big.
The problem with biggification and smallification is the physical component aspect of it. Meaning that your body is made out of very specific pieces of the universe that have very set rules, you can't just go adding or removing atoms as you please without dire consequence.
There is a theory of spacetime refraction though, however is outside the realm of current technology.
Essentially, its playing fun house mirror with the space time around a particular object, the object doesn't actually change whatsoever, but at the same time it does.
Take for instance biggifying something, if you try biggifying the physical componets, you are going to have a mess. However, if you bend the space time around that object, you can essentially super impose that object in current space time to have the appearance and methodology of being bigger, however nothing physical changes whatsoever.
Take this as an example: You refract a Strawberry to become the size of a building. You take a bite out of the strawberry, you think to yourself. "Wow! I must have taken a huge bite out of the strawberry! A mouthful!" However, in all reality you just took the tiniest of nibbles possible, as per energy and mass conversion is concerned. Essentially taking a bite out of the giant Strawberry is equivolent to a tiny flea taking a bite from an elephant.
So nothing actually changes except the perception and its position in space time of the object.
Again this is theorectical and not really applicable for the next 30 some years.
