I know this is gonna sound like an attempt to start a gen war, but I have a legit question:

Last game I played was ORAS and I didn't thought much of it, but now I finally sat down and I'm trying to play SM and this is really tiring. I don't know exactly what it is but the pace feels sluggish and stuff like pokemons calling for help really extend pointless battles that I just want to catch them sometimes.

Is it just a taste thing, am I being impatient or what? This feels A LOT more of a chore than ORAS ever did.
