Ability Capsule now makes you permanently change abilities even hidden ability. Just give the Ability Capsule to a tutor guy and the you can choose, it will work like Heart Scales.

More like:

Pretty much a 50/50 shot that even when you re-roll, you get the same ability.

Same as above but adds a small 5% chance to re-roll the hidden ability of a pokemon.

What's to stop me from reloading my save until gold procs the HA. Why not just have:
Ability Capsule (as it is now) 50BP.
Gold Ability Capsule (converts to HA, or away from HA) 250BP

Well then create a new version of the ability capsule: the "secret" capsule! Costs about 3x as much as a regular capsule, but changes the mons ability to its hidden ability.
