Critical hits got nerfed to a 50% boost and Persian is working off 70/65 offenses, so even crits wouldn't help it much. Not to mention it has worse overall bulk than Castform.

Hell, even if it was guaranteed a critical hit with every attack, it'd still be fairly unremarkable because you'd just send in your Mach Puncher and clout it into next week.
