Bulu: Design is more interesting dispite being less expressive and cute. Being a Grass type that can plow through resists also makes it unique.
Lele is "ehh" to me. And it's the only Tapu that doesn't make the animal it represents more obvious when not closed. Everyone even assumed it was a squid before we saw it's totem phase.
